Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis and therapeutic intervention where the therapist supports the client to effect positive change in the subconscious whilst the client is in a deeply relaxed state.  Hypnotherapy treatment usually takes between 2 - 6 sessions and is a much shorter intervention than other therapies.  The aim of the therapy is to help individuals find meaningful alternatives to their present unsatisfactory ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.

Hypnotherapy can help unlock inner potential and promote personal development.  At NEATS, we will combine hypnotherapy with other appropriate therapeutic/counselling techniques.  Hypnotherapy can address many issues, as set out below.

Hypnotherapy is a safe and natural way to help with many issues and circumstances that you want to change or improve.   The most important aspect for the success of hypnotherapy treatment, is the client's willingness and motivation for change.
